These seats don’t recline either

A café near our flat has retired airline seats as chairs:

They’re pretty beat up and broken but they’re still newer and in better condition than anything you’ll find on an Air Canada flight! I’m glad I can fly Virgin Atlantic nowadays (well, to everywhere but Canada).

  1. That’s an interesting use of old airplane seats. It’s funny to think that long, long ago there was a time when seats were made out of thick brown leather.

    The trick to surviving AC is to lower expectations. “Oh my, how nice. I’ll have an orange juice if it’s on the house!” 😉
